Justine lays out the work of Byron Katie in a very clear and relatable way. Using examples from her own life she helped me discover the places where I needed the work the most. By the end of the workshop I could easily run through the process of the work myself and even facilitate others in their process. And although sharing our own pain can be uncomfortable Justine creates a safe environment and is nothing but supportive.
