This course contains so much valuable information delivered in a simple, digestible way. I highly recommend every couple take it, even if it is years before you are wanting to conceive a child, and especially if you are wanting to have a child in your late thirties or forties. I love how Justine has combined her yoga, health, practical and spiritual knowledge. Our little family has greatly benefited from her wisdom and empathic support!
