REGISTRATION POLICIES

Please read the following statements. By checking the signature box on the application form, an applicant signifies that he or she has read, understands, and agrees to the following declarations and consents:

REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Every ITI applicant must submit a deposit in the amount of $100 USD along with the application, in order to be considered for acceptance to the program. This deposit can be made through my website.
  • If you are not accepted into the program the deposit will be refunded to you minus a $15 transaction fee.
  • If you are accepted, the deposit will go towards your tuition. You need to pay at least $1000 USD within two weeks of being accepted into the program to reserve your spot in the ITI. Payment will be made via Transferwise, details will be emailed to you. If at least $1000 is not made within two weeks following acceptance into the program, a participant’s position will be considered forfeited.
  • ITI participants will need to pay the full balance of the tuition no later than 1 month prior to the course start date. Payment for the remainder of the tuition is made via Transferwise, details will be mailed to you.
  • Full tuition payment will constitute reconfirmation of a participant’s place in the course. If the full tuition balance has not been paid by payment deadlines, a participant’s position will be considered forfeited.
  • Justine will not be held responsible for participants’ payment errors or inability to use the payment system, personal problems with credit limit, power outages, internet inaccessibility, bank holidays, etc. These guidelines are given well in advance of these deadlines to give participants the opportunity to verify all of these factors and not to be surprised at the last moment. Please take advantage of this advance notice to investigate your account maximums, account functionality, etc. It is advised that you to handle your payment well in advance of these tuition payment deadlines as we will not be able to extend exceptions at such a late date to those who find themselves unprepared to pay for the course.
  • Justine accepts no responsibility for cancellation, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of trainees developed prior to the course.
  • If an enrollment is canceled by a trainee for any reason, the course fee is not refundable.
  • In the event that the ITI is canceled, 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative training placement will be offered according to the circumstances.
  • Justine accepts no responsibility for flight costs (or any other travel expenses) in the event of cancellation of the training. She is not liable for any accommodation bookings, flight cancellation, rescheduling or delays, or any other travel expenses.
  • The training needs a minimum of 8 participants to run. In case that number is not met within 2 weeks to the start of the training, enrolled participants will be notified and refunded (not including payment transfer costs).
  • Participants retain control and direction over all their physical/emotional/mental activities and voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical/emotional/mental injury and discomfort as a result of their participation in activities before, during, or after the program.
  • Justine accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property during the training.
  • The team reserves the right to remove applicants from the group at any time if we feel it is not in your or the group’s interest for you to continue.
